Sales Manager

The Clarity USA Sales Manager position is a people leadership role which involves motivating and coaching team members and striving towards a team objective. This position is responsible for managing the sales strategy for their assigned sales team’s client portfolio.

She/he manages and leads activities of their sales team including corporate communications, managing any conflict with internal cross functional relationships, assists in customer issue resolution when required, identify training & development requirements, and accurate preparation & management of sales forecasts, lead management, and talent & performance management. In addition, our Sales Manager will also be leveraged as an integral resource for external customers as backup and support to grow the customer relationship with the goal of effectively closing the sale and increasing sales & revenue.

The position is located in Alpharetta, GA reporting to the SVP, Vertical Payments Solutions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and develop procedures, processes, assist in campaigns, setting goals, chair and attend meetings, manage daily activity of sales team members (priorities), coordinate between various other departments and partners within the company. Familiar with business financing with Citiwide MCA Cash Advance a plus.
  • Review and analysis of assigned sales team’s customer portfolios (i.e. historical spend, current activity, client fiscal year, propensity modeling, key challenges/obstacles and learning about client’s business through research and client meetings.
  • Daily coaching, evaluating and removing any obstacles to prevent sales team from being successful.
  • Supporting role in sales process and sets level of involvement in accordance to what the team needs; uses joint sales calls as opportunities to share expertise or demonstrate effective techniques; dedicated to providing backup and expertise to help close a sale.
  • Manage performance goals including sales goals, productivity, product and company knowledge and assessments (gaps) and sales ability.
  • Management of sales team strategy for meeting & exceeding sales quotas for contract retention, cross selling, up-selling and early renewal.
  • Escalation or engage executive sponsorship dependent on customer and relationship where applicable.
  • Sales Team motivation and retention plans i.e. contests, development etc.
  • Talent Management: Hire, performance management, coach, develop and train new and existing sales team members

Job Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successfully leading a successful sales team to achieve 100% of revenue and sales targets (Preferably in the merchant services arena).
  • Accurate and comprehensive business planning and sales forecasting experience
  • Successful ability to collaborate and influence amongst diverse personalities to commitment/close
  • Strong business acumen in the areas of Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Effective multitasking, time management, and project management skills (resource management, SME etc.)
  • Team focused, ability to motivate and inspire diverse sales teams
  • Strong Computer Skills: MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Sales Force Automation Tools

Clarity USA has an immediate opening for a Cisco Engineer in our Long Island City office.
Candidate must have hands-on knowledge with minimum three years of experience in the following areas:

Customer Service Representative I

Responsible for providing problem resolution regarding statements, rates and financial concerns. Also responsible for answering any/all inquiries from customers, potential customers and Sales Agents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

Responds to inbound calls

  • Identifies caller needs
  • Researches information as needed
  • Provides complete/accurate responses and issue resolution
  • Makes changes/additions to customer accounts to ensure satisfaction

Satisfies quality assurance requirements

  • Meets 85% or above quality levels through the monitoring of call resolution
  • Adheres to needs first requirements
  • Creates tickets and provides follow-up as required.

Ensures customer retention and maintenance

  • Cross sells products to existing customers (Maintenance Program)
  • Conducts follow up calls to keep customers in house
  • Orders/sends customer supplies on an as needed basis

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Requires High School Diploma (some college preferred) and a minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience. Strong verbal, written, follow-up and organization skills and PC literacy required. Face-to-face customer interaction or experience in an ACD/call center environment preferred. Team mentality and ability to multi-task also required.

Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will be based in Alpharetta, GA. The best candidate for this position will have expertise in data modeling and must have strong SQL skills.

Other requirements include:

  • Exhibit strong data analysis skills
  • Construct data decomposition diagrams, provide data flow diagrams and document the process.
  • Identify and document data quality issues and data patterns.
  • Write code for database access, modification and construction including stored procedures.
  • Expertise in integration tools (DTS, SSIS, etc.)
